Dr. iur. Dominika Blonski

Dr. iur. Dominika Blonski has been the data protection officer for the canton of Zurich since 2020. She studied law in Fribourg and earned her doctorate at the University of Bern with a thesis on biometric data, which was awarded the Professor Walther Hug Prize. Research stays took her to New York and Krakow. With further training in public administration and information security, she combines law, technology, and administration. She is vice president of privatim and teaches at the University of Bern.
