Florian SchĂĽtz has been Director of the Federal Office for Cybersecurity (BACS) since 1 January 2024. Previously, he was Federal Delegate for Cybersecurity and Head of the National Cybersecurity Centre (NCSC). He is responsible for implementing the National Cyber Strategy and is the central point of contact for politicians, the media and the general public.
