Caroline Troein

Caroline Troein is an expert on cybersecurity and digital transformation at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). She has worked on the development of the Global Cybersecurity Index and the UN compilation AI for Good. She also co-designed the Amart Societies Framework and the Digital Evolution Index. Before joining the ITU, she was an advisor to the US Congress and participated in high-level diplomatic conferences.
