Ph.D. Yennun Huang has been the Minister of Digital Affairs of Taiwan since 2024. He has a background in electrical engineering and computer science, with a bachelor's degree from National Taiwan University and a master's degree and Ph.D. from the University of Maryland. Huang has worked at AT&T Labs and as CEO of the Security Research Centre of Academia Sinica. He focuses on promoting digital innovation, strengthening cyber security in Taiwan and promoting technology education. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
