While financially strong large companies are making massive investments in digital transformation processes and the use of new technologies, SMEs are facing major challenges due to financial and operational constraints. A report published by the US Labor Department in 2023 shows how much SMEs in particular benefit from new technologies.
In short: SMEs that use new technologies in a targeted manner are economically more successful, more competitive and more optimistic about the future than competitors that do not.
