Pavlina Pavlova

Pavlina Pavlova is a policy expert in international cybersecurity and transnational cybercrime. She has worked across civil society and national, regional and international institutions, including the UN, OSCE and EU. She has led stakeholder engagement in UN negotiations on responsible state behaviour in cyberspace and the Convention against Cybercrime, coordinated the cybercrime working group at the Alliance of NGOs on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, and founded Critical Cyber, a global initiative working with victims of cyber-attacks to translate evidence for accountable policy.
