Viktor Rossi

Viktor Rossi studied economics and law at the University of Bern. In addition to further training in leadership, project and process management, he obtained a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Law in 2015. Viktor Rossi has been Chief of Staff to the Federal Council since 2024. He heads the Federal Chancellery, which also includes the Digital Transformation and ICT Steering (DTI) division, and is responsible for the cross-departmental coordination of projects, resources and administrative services for the digital transformation of the Federal Administration.
