Technological advances have always changed the nature of defense and warfare. As states increasingly perceive cyberspace as a military domain, the use of cyberspace for military purposes marks only the latest phase in a long history of change and adaptation.
On the main stage of the SCSD, various NATO countries and the Swiss military will emphasize what the ancient Romans already knew: “If you want peace, you have to be prepared for war.”
