Dr. Jean-Marc Rickli
Rickli is the Head of Global and Emerging Risks at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy in Geneva. He is also co-chair of the NATO Partnership for Peace Consortium's (PFPC) Emerging Security Challenges Working Group and the co-curator of the International Security Map of the Strategic Intelligence Platform of the World Economic Forum. He also represents the GCSP at the Governmental Group of Expert on Lethal Autonomous Weapons at the United Nations. He holds a PhD from Oxford University.
