Cybercrime is a growing threat to people, businesses and societies that can only be tackled through collective action. Prevention minimises the digital attack surfaces, while early detection of threats is crucial to limiting damage. An effective response to incidents requires coordinated and timely action by all parties involved. Serdar Günal Rütsche works for both the Zurich Cantonal Police and NEDIK, the National Cyber Security Centre, which specialises in combating cybercrime and improving cyber security.
