Deputy Director of Communications at the International Electronic Commission (IEC)

As Deputy Director of Communications at the IEC, Mike brings extensive experience in public relations and strategic communications. He also is the vice-chair of the Collaboration on Standards for Authenticity of AI and Multimedia, which brings together IEC, ISO and ITU and a broad range of other organizations that share a common belief in the power of standards to restore trust in online photos and video. Mike is passionate about raising awareness of the role international standards can play in addressing the concerns of society about AI and other emerging technologies.
