Prof Dr Thomas Zurbuchen is a Swiss-American astrophysicist and until recently worked as the Director of Science at NASA, where he received numerous awards. He was previously Professor of Space Science and Engineering at the University of Michigan and Associate Dean at the College of Engineering. In 2023, Zurbuchen took over the management of ETH Zurich Space.
