Dr Sebastian Klöss is Head of Consumer Technology at the digital association Bitkom. He is responsible for NewTV and Augmented & Virtual Reality as well as the Metaverse Forum by Bitkom. He is also responsible for the study "The Future of Consumer Technology". Prior to this, he wrote about tech topics as an editor after working as a research assistant at Humboldt University in Berlin.
